This healing journey—which isn’t a linear process—can often feel long and lonely, with moments when progress seems overshadowed by setbacks. We may also look outside ourselves for the answers and medicine that’s held within us.

As your healing guide, I’ll create a calm, nurturing space where you can feel safe to release and let go, while accessing your innate wisdom and capacity to heal.

My offerings include empowering practices and resources to help navigate your healing journey with greater ease and grace. We’ll work holistically—physically, emotionally, mentally, relationally and spiritually—at a pace that’s right for you.

Hi! I’m Christine -

As a healing arts practitioner with over two decades of experience, I offer a range of therapies, including somatic healing, coaching & astrology consultations.

My approach is often described as intuitive, gentle, yet deep as I work with you to release outdated patterns, beliefs and unprocessed emotions. I hold space for you to come back into alignment with who you truly are.

A huge piece of my work is in reclaiming feminine principles—intuitive intelligence, rhythmic and cyclical wisdom, embodiment, mystery, beauty and creative flow—and bringing them into right relationship with masculine consciousness.

Having navigated my own healing journey through autoimmune conditions and panic disorder, I understand the challenges of living with chronic illness. By turning within, reconnecting with my body and nature, and through inner work, I was able to reclaim my health—and so much more.

I’d now love to support you in doing the same for yourself on your healing path. I’ll guide you into alchemising pain and suffering into a life of joy, beauty, and liberation.
